Focusing on the products (cases introduced in UbN webinars and experiences from Connecting with Nature project) to assist Chinese cities to develop the capacity of diversifying the financing and business models. Capacity building or workshops, seminars for Chinese Audiences( Working with ES CN team).
Ideas for partnerships and collaborations:
Key partners are interested organizations which are advocating Nbs in China and cities are passionate about urban transit or new development models like Chengdu; Collaboration with National Natural Resource Management Bureau.
Funding Opportunities:
Government support ( Like Chengdu, the starting point of engagement); exploring other funding support from National and local governments; International donors and organizations ( IUCN?)
Relevant Local and Regional events:
Chengdu ( Park City ) and China has approved Chengdu as a demonstration of new development model( starting with Park city) ( This is also linking with Chengdu Forum every year)
